Who We're Looking For:
- Engaging Communicator: Naturally connects with people and assesses their fit for roles.
- Outgoing and Personable: Builds trust easily so applicants open up.
- Detail-Oriented: Accurately captures candidate profiles and matches them to organizational needs.
- Strong Writing Skills: Writes clear, professional communications like candidate notes during an interview in companies CRM.
- Experience: Experience in roles where frequent conversation was key — asking questions, explaining information, and engaging comfortably with new people throughout the day. This could come from work in customer service, sales, or similar people-focused roles.
- Nice to Have: Team Lead, SME, or similar experience is preferred but not required.
- Adaptive and Open-Minded: Understands diverse needs of each position.
