The Recruitment Advisor will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles. They will also maintain accurate candidate records, track recruitment metrics, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and compliant hiring.

We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to support end-to-end recruitment across the company, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, candidate management, and high-volume hiring. You will work closely with hiring managers, delivery teams, and the wider People function to ensure timely recruitment of field, technical, project, and enabling roles, while maintaining a smooth candidate experience and compliant recruitment process.
Your Duties
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain talent pools for frequently recruited and upcoming project roles.
Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and recruitment documentation within the ATS.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, candidate availability, and hiring timelines.
Keep stakeholders updated on recruitment progress, pipelines, and time-to-fill.
Identify and escalate recruitment risks, delays, or candidate shortages.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including start dates, documentation, and handovers.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline status.
Provide recruitment insights and market feedback to support hiring decisions.
Conduct basic salary and market benchmarking using job boards, salary guides, and competitor insights.
Ensure job adverts accurately reflect approved role profiles, responsibilities, and requirements.
Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, internal policies, and client requirements.
Identify recruitment bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Promote the use of AI and digital recruitment tools to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Experience recruiting for technical, operational, engineering, construction, utilities, or telecoms roles is a strong advantage.
Understanding of technical roles such as Fibre Engineers, Cablers, Civils Operatives, Supervisors, Planners, or similar positions is a plus.
Hands-on experience sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
Experience with ATS and recruitment systems, including candidate tracking and recruitment reporting.
Knowledge of recruitment compliance, right-to-work requirements, and pre-employment checks.
Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with hiring managers.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with recruitment metrics and market data.
