Remote Full Time | Fixed-Term until 30 September 2026

We're looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our friendly recruitment team on a fixed-term basis.

This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact, supporting high-volume recruitment across our Sales and Brand Ambassador teams. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and can quickly identify great talent, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing recruitment activity for Sales and Brand Ambassador vacancies
  • Reviewing applications and identifying candidates with the right skills and potential
  • Conducting candidate screening calls to bring CVs to life and assess suitability
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Supporting hiring managers to make great hiring decisions
  • Delivering an excellent candidate experience from application through to offer
  • Maintaining accurate records within our recruitment systems and databases

 

What we're looking for

  • Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
  • Outstanding people and communication skills
  • Confidence in engaging with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support the wider team
