About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Recruitment, we’re seeking 2 Recruiting Sourcers who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to help us grow our network of exceptional clinicians. You’ll own building the top of funnel with qualified talent  — from Boolean and X-ray searches, leveraging job boards, posting on social media, and getting candidates scheduled for interviews with recruiters — with a focus on building strong, relationships.

The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator, innovative, resourceful, highly organized, and energized by the challenge of finding and engaging top-tier clinical talent. You should feel confident navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and adapting quickly as needs evolve. Experience sourcing clinicians (Speech Language Pathologists, School Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists) virtually in schools is a huge plus!!

Duration: 6 weeks

Compensation: $40/hour

 Hours: 40 hours per week 

Start Date: ASAP

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with internal recruiters and clinical managers to define ideal candidate profiles for school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), School Psychologists (SP), and Occupational Therapists (OT) positions
  • Leverage sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, licensure boards, resume databases, etc.) to proactively identify and engage top talent
  • Build and nurture pipelines of both active and passive candidates
  • Craft compelling outreach messages that align with Huddle Up’s mission and values
  • Accurately track candidate progress using our ATS and internal sourcing trackers
  • Stay informed on state-by-state licensure requirements and school hiring timelines

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience sourcing licensed healthcare or education professionals, ideally school-based clinicians 
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Handshake, etc.
  • Familiarity with licensure, credentials, and school staffing is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment
