About the Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day recruitment process, helping coordinate interviews, maintain candidate information, communicate with applicants, and keep hiring activities organized.

You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across different stages of the hiring process. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition and looking to build practical experience in a growing technology company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment information in internal systems.

• Support job postings, candidate screening, and other recruitment activities.

• Prepare interview materials and help hiring teams stay organized throughout the process.

• Assist with candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, and onboarding activities.

• Help improve recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Compensation

$42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
