Get Linked Up is a growing global virtual staffing company connecting U.S.-based businesses with talented professionals around the world. We specialize heavily in staffing for personal injury law firms and are looking for a highly organized, confident Recruiting & Contractor Success Coordinator to join our operations team.

This is not simply a recruiting position. You will help identify exceptional candidates, conduct initial interviews, maintain recruiting pipelines, and manage relationships with an assigned group of virtual contractors and clients.

We are looking for someone who can eventually take full ownership of the initial candidate screening process and confidently determine which candidates are ready to be presented for the next stage of consideration.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting & Headhunting

•⁠  ⁠Proactively source and headhunt qualified candidates
•⁠  ⁠Review applications and resumes
•⁠  ⁠Maintain candidate pipelines for active positions
•⁠  ⁠Build a strong talent bench for frequently recruited positions
•⁠  ⁠Identify candidates whose experience closely matches client requirements
•⁠  ⁠Manage candidate activity and recruiting stages within GoHire
•⁠  ⁠Follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting process

Candidate Interviews & Screening

•⁠  ⁠Conduct structured first-round interviews
•⁠  ⁠Evaluate candidates’ relevant experience and technical knowledge
•⁠  ⁠Assess English proficiency, communication skills and professionalism
•⁠  ⁠Verify availability, work history and compensation expectations
•⁠  ⁠Determine whether candidates meet Get Linked Up’s standards before advancing
•⁠  ⁠Complete candidate evaluation scorecards and provide clear hiring recommendations
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate qualified candidates for subsequent interviews

Contractor & Client Support

•⁠  ⁠Manage an assigned group of virtual contractors
•⁠  ⁠Conduct regular contractor check-ins
•⁠  ⁠Monitor attendance and productivity
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate PTO, absences and schedule-related matters
•⁠  ⁠Address routine performance or communication concerns
•⁠  ⁠Assist with contractor onboarding
•⁠  ⁠Maintain communication with assigned clients regarding routine contractor matters
•⁠  ⁠Document concerns and escalate significant issues to management when necessary

What We’re Looking For

•⁠  ⁠Previous recruiting, staffing, headhunting, HR, or talent-acquisition experience
•⁠  ⁠Experience recruiting for U.S. personal injury law firms strongly preferred
•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with PI positions such as Case Managers, Intake Specialists, Paralegals, Demand Writers, Medical Records/Bills Specialists and similar legal support roles is highly preferred
•⁠  ⁠Excellent spoken and written English
•⁠  ⁠Strong interviewing skills
•⁠  ⁠Ability to distinguish an exceptional candidate from someone who simply interviews well
•⁠  ⁠Professional and confident communicating with U.S.-based clients
•⁠  ⁠Highly organized and comfortable managing several open positions simultaneously
•⁠  ⁠Strong follow-up and documentation habits
•⁠  ⁠Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
•⁠  ⁠Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
•⁠  ⁠Experience with GoHire is a plus
•⁠  ⁠Experience managing remote or international contractors is a plus

Schedule

•⁠  ⁠Part-time
•⁠  ⁠Approximately 20–25 hours per week
•⁠  ⁠Remote
•⁠  ⁠Must have significant availability during U.S. business hours
