Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (El Salvador)

This is a remote position.

• Manage multiple recruiting searches simultaneously across different industries and job functions.
  
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.
  
• Review and screen high volumes of applications efficiently while maintaining strong hiring standards.
  
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess experience, communication skills, English proficiency, professionalism, and overall fit.
  
• Evaluate candidates against client requirements and identify the strongest profiles to move forward.
  
• Prepare candidate summaries, recruiter notes, and recommendations for internal and client review.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records, stages, notes, communications, and activity within the ATS.
  
• Proactively build talent pipelines for frequently hired and hard-to-fill positions.
  
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive, responsive candidate experience.
  
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and recommend ways to improve efficiency.
  
• Help develop recruiting templates, screening processes, interview guides, assessments, workflows, and standard operating procedures as the company scales.
  
• Use AI and automation tools to increase productivity while maintaining human judgment and high recruiting standards.
  

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally within staffing, BPO, recruitment agencies, outsourcing, or other high-volume hiring environments.
  
• Excellent written and spoken English.
  
• Proven experience managing multiple roles and large candidate pipelines at the same time.
  
• Experience recruiting talent throughout Latin America.
  
• ATS experience is a must and familiarity with Zoho Recruit as an ATS is a huge plus.
  
• Experience working in a staffing or recruitment agency environment. 
  
• Experience recruiting for a variety of positions and adapting quickly to unfamiliar industries or job functions.
  
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  
• Ability to quickly identify whether a candidate truly meets the core requirements of a position.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Comfortable working with recruiting metrics and using data to improve sourcing and hiring decisions.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
