We are building a new recruitment engine from scratch. We need a system that consistently delivers world-class candidates within 14 days or less every single time. At scale. In different geographies. And offering a white-glove candidate experience - one that will have rejected candidates thinking “I can’t wait to talk with them again”.
All that while hiring 100+ new joiners until the end of 2026.
We hire across multiple verticals and we need someone who can own a full recruiting desk — post jobs that actually attract the right people, screen hard, move fast, and make data-driven decisions. You’ll be supporting different teams, meaning you’ll be exposed to different industries, and you’ll need to thrive in environments where you need to learn new roles quickly.
Bonus: you want to work on recruitment enablement and improvement initiatives that will impact the work of other recruiters.

You’ll run recruiting for Scalesource roles from start to finish. That means:
Scalesource is a remote-first company with no head office and team members across different countries. You’ll work alongside sales, ops, and other recruiters — all focused on the same goal: finding and placing great people.
We operate on EOS — that means clear goals, weekly scorecards, honest feedback, and real accountability. If you’ve never worked in an EOS business before, that’s fine. If you’ve always wanted a job where your output is actually measured, you’ll like it here.
