Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong headhunting background to take full-cycle ownership of the recruitment process. This role requires someone proactive, resourceful, and highly skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent using modern recruitment tools and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Conduct headhunting and passive candidate sourcing across multiple channels
- Utilize platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
- Conduct high-quality interviews and effectively assess candidate fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate and manage interview processes with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the ATS
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on headhunting
- Proven experience with:
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Indeed
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Experience closing hard-to-fill positions
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently
- Strong English fluency required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
- Experience recruiting for legal or professional services roles is a plus
Requirements
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week)
- Must be able to work 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday)
