Our client is looking for a Recruiter to join their growing recruitment team and support the identification, screening, and coordination of talented professionals across Latin America. They operate in the remote staffing and recruitment industry, helping U.S. companies build LATAM teams through a streamlined hiring process designed to deliver qualified candidates quickly.

The Junior Recruiter will support different stages of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, initial screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, and recruitment tracking. They will work closely with the recruitment team to understand different positions and help identify candidates who match each client's requirements.
Responsibilities
Source potential candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other recruiting channels.
Review resumes and professional profiles to identify candidates who align with position requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and gather relevant information about experience, skills, availability, and expectations.
Communicate with candidates throughout different stages of the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regarding next steps.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate information within recruitment systems and internal trackers.
Learn the requirements, terminology, and key skills associated with different positions and industries.
Support recruiters with candidate research and talent mapping for active vacancies.
Use LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to identify relevant talent across Latin America.
Assist with candidate outreach and follow-ups.
Keep recruitment pipelines organized and updated.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring timelines and candidate submission goals.
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Learn and apply sourcing, screening, and recruiting best practices as the role develops.

Qualifications
Previous professional experience is not required; junior and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Previous exposure to recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, customer service, administrative support, or similar people-facing roles is a plus.
Experience using LinkedIn for professional purposes or candidate sourcing is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, or candidate coordination, is desirable.
A genuine interest in developing a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
