Job Title: Recruiter
Job Description

This is a temporary 4-6 week contract role available for a skilled recruiter. The position is fully remote, and the work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a requisition volume of 20-25 openings at any given time.
  • Recruit for various skillsets including machine operators, warehouse associates, forklift operators, shipping personnel, customer service representatives, and scale operators.
  • Conduct requisition intake meetings with hiring managers.
  • Communicate effectively with both leadership and hiring managers.
  • Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and the internal ATS.
  • Screen and schedule candidates for onsite interviews.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in recruiting and hiring.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Prior experience handling 20+ requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to quickly turn around requisitions with successful hires.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Agency.
  • Previous experience in recruiting for light industrial skillsets.
Work Environment

This role is 100% remote, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
