Description
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Take accurate messages and relay them to attorneys and staff.
- Schedule consultations and appointments.
- Respond to basic client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain call logs and communication records.
- Assist with email and calendar management as needed.
- Provide a positive and professional first impression for all callers.
- Support general administrative tasks related to client communication.
Hard Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Comfortable using VOIP systems and scheduling software.
- Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Appointment scheduling experience.
- Previous remote work experience.
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- 9AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time Zone
