Requirements:

La Faculté de droit, Section de droit civil cherche à recruter des professeur.es à temps partiel qui se distinguent par leur expertise et qui jouent un rôle de premier plan dans la profession juridique. Pour enseigner ce cours, le ou la candidat.e doit : 
-    Détenir un LL.L. ou un LL.B. (ou leur équivalent);
-    Être membre en règle du Barreau du Québec, du barreau d’une autre province ou de la Chambre des notaires du Québec;
-    Avoir une expérience significative et pertinente dans le domaine concerné par ce cours et/ou détenir un diplôme d’études supérieures dans ce domaine et/ou avoir contribué à la recherche par des publications académiques démontrant une expertise reconnue dans ce domaine;
-    Le fait d’avoir une expérience d’enseignement universitaire dans une faculté de droit est un atout.
