Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to ensure the timely and accurate collection of reimbursement for services rendered. This is a remote position.

Pay range: $65,000-$95,000/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for insurance and patient billing, collections, policies, and regulations
• Identify trends and factors adversely affecting collections; resolve through strong team leadership and collaboration with other company leaders
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and maximize cashflow
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce inefficiencies and improve collection rate
• Foster a positive work environment by providing appropriate support, training, and feedback
• Manage workforce tasks such as timecard maintenance, counseling, and hiring
• Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

Job Qualifications

• Fluency in intermediate Excel functions
• At least five years of experience with electronic health/medical record systems (EMR/EHR)
• At least five years of experience reading insurance adjudication documents
• At least two years of experience identifying, root causing, and resolving cash trends
• At least three years of experience in workforce management
• Experience with dental, vision, or orthodontic operations and revenue cycle a plus
