The Radar Systems Engineer will develop, model, and validate radar signal processing algorithms while supporting the full lifecycle of phased array radar systems. This role involves bridging hardware and software to ensure precise detection, tracking, and analysis of objects in space.

We are currently looking for a Radar Systems Engineer to support our growing team. Our Radar Systems group develops, maintains, and operates advanced software for phased array radars. This cross-disciplinary role bridges hardware and software, theory and real-world application, with a focus on radar signal processing, modeling, simulation, and tracking. Responsibilities span the full radar lifecycle: from concept and development to deployment, calibration, performance monitoring, and operational support.

Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location. The base salary range for this position 119,000 + bonus + stock options + benefits
