Quantity Surveyor (Mid-Level)

Role Overview:
The Quantity Surveyor (Mid-Level) is responsible for providing comprehensive quantity surveying services to support construction and project execution. Key functions include performing accurate quantity take-offs, preparing cost estimations, and assisting with tender submissions. Additionally, the role manages contract administration, subcontractor evaluations, and continuous project cost control to ensure financial efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

• Measure quantities from engineering drawings.

• Prepare construction cost estimates.

• Assist with tender submissions.

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations.

• Monitor project costs and variations.

• Prepare progress payment claims.

• Assist with contract administration.

• Maintain cost databases.
  

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

• 3–6 years' relevant experience.

• Experience using CostX, Cubit, Bluebeam, Excel, or similar software.

• Good understanding of FIDIC or other standard construction contracts.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
