You will review AI-generated test cases and plans while managing the quality assurance process for backend and frontend systems. Additionally, you will perform manual and automated testing, debug test failures, and sign off on stories within the AI-first delivery lifecycle.
Our technology team is a rapidly growing group of talented and experienced engineers building the leading enterprise software company focused on restaurant technology. We use modern technologies, automation, and AI-assisted engineering practices to build products that power restaurant operations at scale.
We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer who is strong in both manual and automated testing, across backend APIs and frontend UIs. You'll test end-to-end flows that cross several Qu products, such as an order that starts in POS or web ordering and ends on the kitchen display. You'll make sure every case is tested at the right level, from API checks to end-to-end and manual tests.
You'll work inside QuDLC, Qu's AI-first delivery lifecycle. AI agents refine each story, propose its test cases, and write the tests before the code; people decide at review gates, on evidence. As the team's quality engineer, you own two of those gates: you approve the test cases before development starts, and you sign off the story when the test results are in.
