This role is responsible for owning and managing the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for merchant payments accounts, coordinating applications, verification, underwriting, and processor setup for mid-market and enterprise restaurant brands. The manager will also drive onboarding timelines, identify friction points, streamline workflows, and maintain onboarding documentation and playbooks.
