Role Overview
The Provider Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Provider Network team. This position is responsible for reviewing provider documentation, coordinating onboarding activities, supporting provider recruitment efforts, resolving inquiries, and contributing to projects that strengthen and maintain our provider network.
What You'll Do
Review provider documentation, fee schedules, addenda, and credentialing applications to support provider onboarding.
Ensure provider updates, contract changes, and terminations are complete and ready for processing.
Communicate with provider offices to obtain missing documentation and required information.
Support provider recruitment activities and outreach initiatives.
Research and resolve provider network questions through collaboration with internal teams.
Respond to provider and internal stakeholder inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Update and maintain tracking tools that support operational initiatives and projects.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate recommendations to leadership.
Assist with departmental projects and other business needs as assigned.
Required
High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of experience in dental, healthcare, managed care, provider relations, customer service, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Data entry experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience working with provider contracts or provider network operations
Knowledge of dental terminology
Bilingual language skills
Work Environment
Office-based environment utilizing standard office equipment
Primarily sedentary work involving document review, computer use, and data entry
Collaborative team setting supporting provider network growth and operational excellence

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 hourly, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.
Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
