Proposal & Sales Manager — Win‑Focused, Virtual Role (Part-Time)
We’re looking for a Proposal & Sales Manager who knows how to WIN. If you have a background in selecting the right bids, building proposal teams, crafting competitive pricing, and driving submissions to award — this role is built for you.
You Will:
- Own the entire proposal lifecycle
- Select bids with high win probability
- Build proposal teams that deliver fast, accurate, compliant submissions
- Lead writing, editing, compliance, and pricing strategy
- Develop competitive pricing models and cost narratives
- Manage submission portals and ensure 100% compliance
- Track every proposal through award, debrief, and re‑compete
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and CRM
- Work directly with leadership to shape capture strategy
You Must Have:
- A winning track record — show us your awards
- Strong proposal writing and compliance experience
- Experience selecting bids and shaping capture strategy
- Ability to lead virtual teams
- Strong pricing and cost modeling skills
- Experience with federal/state procurement portals
Nice to Have:
- Capture management experience
- Staffing proposal experience
- Experience with teaming agreements and partner coordination
