Oversee the full client lifecycle from order to go-live and manage the service desk to ensure SLA adherence. Lead the Project Coordinator and L1/L2 support staff while maintaining PSA platform hygiene.

Assist in the deployment of web applications and the management of Supabase backends. Optimize proxy server implementations and maintain technical documentation for national-scale data projects.
