The Proposal Manager leads and manages all phases of the federal proposal development process, including RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses. They coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, compelling, and on-time submissions while managing resources and proposal schedules.

Axiom Consultants is an award-winning, woman-owned small business that helps federal agencies solve their toughest missions, and we are looking for a Proposal Manager who thrives under deadline pressure and turns complex solicitations into winning proposals.
As our Proposal Manager, you will lead and manage all phases of the proposal development process in response to U.S. government requests for proposals (RFPs). You will help identify proposal opportunities; manage all aspects of proposal preparation, revision, and submission; and orchestrate inputs from the technical, management, and finance teams. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Axiom leadership and customer project teams, including subject matter experts, developers, and project managers, to deliver compliant, compelling, and on-time proposals.
