Manage a large portfolio of residential properties by liaising between landlords, tenants, and contractors. Oversee property maintenance, compliance audits, and the end-to-end move-in and termination processes.

Our client - who has reputation for excellent service and a well-managed portfolio of properties in the Residential Lettings and Property Management sector - is looking to take on a Virtual Assistant in their Property Management team.
As a Property Manager you will be responsible for managing a large, busy portfolio so experience is key.
Core duties include but are not limited to:
- Building one-to-one relationships with managed clients from the point of instruction.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Assisting with regular property maintenance.
- Helping to coordinate and monitor property repairs.
- Preparing and evaluating quotations to present to clients.
- Ensuring property files are maintained and compliance is booked and arranged.
- Assisting with compliance audits.
- Helping to resolving any general tenancy issues.
- Responding to telephonic and written queries from landlords and tenants.
- Reporting on each issue for clarity and to ensure successful resolution.
- Assisting with the move-in process to ensure correct documentation is provided to both landlord and tenant.
- Assisting with the termination process to ensure correct documentation is provided to both landlord and tenant.
- Arranging 6-monthly inspections, then reporting to the client and following up with necessary remedial work.
- Always maintaining customer confidentiality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in UK Property Management specifically (with Estate Agency experience or similar)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing 300 plus properties
- Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive service mindset
- Excellent telephone manner
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Driven, ambitious and self-motivated

- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.

- UPS/Back-up Battery for load shedding - NON-NEGOTIABLE
