We are hiring Full Time Property Management Assistant

Overview:

Client business Overview: Builds new properties from the ground up, primarily in Jersey City and Jersey City Heights. May retain and manage some completed properties.

Goal: Hire a full-time VA to support the builder’s real estate acquisition, permitting, inspection, and transaction-related administration.

Key Specific Tasks VA will do:

• Follow up with Jersey City regarding permits and inspection scheduling.
• Follow up with sellers regarding offers and transaction status.
  Handle phone and email communication with relevant organizations and parties.
  
  

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

VA Schedule: 9AM - 6PM EST 

Salary: 

Non- Bilingual - PHP 40,000/month plus HMO after 6months of tenure
Bilingual (Spanish-English)- $900 to $1100 USD per month
