Project Scheduler / Controller

This remote-in-region opportunity is ideal for candidates with project scheduling experience in construction. It offers a chance to work on diverse projects and contribute to schedule optimization and risk management. *Project Scheduler / Controller Responsibilities:* * Develop and update project schedules using Primavera Cloud and Smartsheet, based on historical data and templates. * Apply advanced planning methodologies to optimize scheduling, generate work packages, and ensure efficient project execution. * Collaborate with project teams to incorporate scope, milestones, and deliverables into schedules. * Monitor project progress, flag potential delays, and propose corrective actions. * Track risks, document schedule changes, and prepare performance and risk reports for stakeholders. *Project Scheduler / Controller Qualifications:* * At least 3 years of experience in project scheduling within the construction industry. * Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software. * Knowledge of CPM scheduling, construction processes, and methodologies. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Experience with critical path methods and managing project risks.
