Essential Functions

System Management & Optimization

• Lead the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Seaware reservation system to support company sales, operations, and accounting needs.
• Oversee system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades, collaborating with IT, Finance and Operational Teams.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity, implementing proactive measures to prevent errors or downtime.

Financial Accounting Integrations

• Ensure accurate mapping of reservation data to the company’s financial accounting system.
• Manage processes for payments, refunds, charge backs and adjustments within Seaware.
• Oversee accounting controls and reconciliation processes between Seaware and financial systems to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Cross functional Collaboration

• Partner with Finance, Revenue Management, Sales, and IT to define requirements and deliver solutions that support business growth and financial accuracy.
• Provide subject matter expertise to project teams implementing new financial features, system upgrades, or process improvements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for finance-related Seaware issues, troubleshooting, and escalations.

Reporting & Analysis

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track outstanding balances.
• Analyze trends and anomalies in reservation and financial data recommending correction action or process change.
• Prepare audit documents and respond to inquiries from internal and external auditors.

Leadership and Team Development

• Manage and mentor a team of Seaware analyst and support specialist, with focus on building financial and operational expertise.
• Establish best practices , standard operating procedures, and training programs for system users.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience.

Competency

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Skills & Experience:

• You have minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar Business Integration Role preferably in the Luxury Cruise Industry
• Proven Experience in deliver and implement Seaware reservation system for well-established cruise lines
• Proven experience in accounting and revenue recognition methodology in the cruise line industry
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, Amadeus, Salesforce and Seaware.
• Deep knowledge of cruise line processes in startup context to build and adapt above mentioned systems.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs from conception to delivery.
