About the RoleAs a Project Manager, Innovations – People & Operations, you will lead the end-to-end coordination and execution of innovation testing across field offices and operational environments. This role is focused on ensuring field readiness, aligning communications and training, and driving consistent execution across test locations. You’ll serve as a key connector between field teams, stakeholders, and supporting partners to ensure programs are delivered effectively and insights can be captured for decision-making.
Day to day, you’ll…
- Coordinate the execution across test offices, participants, and workstreams to ensure consistency and alignment
- Manage test readiness including scheduling, logistics, onboarding, and participation tracking
- Serve as a primary operational contact for field teams, leaders, and stakeholders
- Execute communication plans including updates, reminders, and follow-ups to keep teams informed and aligned
- Translate innovation plans into clear, actionable guidance for field teams and participants
- Coordinate and track training delivery, onboarding, and completion across teams
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate risks to maintain execution momentum
- Maintain trackers, timelines, and status reporting to provide visibility to leadership
- Support data, reporting, and tooling alignment with analytics/IT partners
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups across workstreams
Required Qualifications Preferred Qualifications- Experience in a consulting environment
- Familiarity with compliance (regulatory, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), etc.) and governance issues
- PMP certification, or equivalent, or completed work towards PMP certification, or equivalent
- Some tax or financial background
- Experience in field operations, retail, or multi-site environments
- Experience supporting pilot programs or test-and-learn initiatives
- Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, IT, or systems teams, retail, or multi-site environments

Pay Range InformationThe pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
