About the Role
We're looking for a Project Manager II to independently lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live. You'll own successful product installations and customer onboarding — managing timelines, expectations, and cross-functional resources with solid judgment. This role involves extensive, hands-on customer interaction, often in live hospital environments, and requires someone who can clearly communicate, document thoroughly, and guide customers confidently through the full implementation lifecycle.
