Project manager (Finanсial Analysis Department)

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the Finance Department. The primary focus of this role is to establish clear project structures, manage and prioritize workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

The Project Manager will also be responsible for documenting business processes, maintaining project governance, and driving operational excellence across finance initiatives.

1. Manage end-to-end projects within the Finance Department, from initiation through completion.
2. Build and maintain project structures, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
3. Break down project objectives into actionable tasks and assign responsibilities to stakeholders.
4. Coordinate project activities across Finance and cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and other business units.
5. Organize, prioritize, and manage the flow of tasks, ensuring proper sequencing and dependency management.
6. Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, and proactively drive issue resolution.
7. Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
8. Develop, document, and continuously improve internal business processes and operational workflows.
9. Create and maintain project documentation, process documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
10. Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress to management and stakeholders.
11. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize project delivery and business processes.

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project coordination role.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience breaking down complex initiatives into structured work plans.
• Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• English B2+

• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, Banking, or similar industries. 
• Understanding of finance operations, payments, treasury, accounting, or financial reporting processes.
