Project Manager — Delivery

About The Role
We're looking for a Project Manager to own the delivery of our client technology projects end to end. Sitting at the centre of the customer, our delivery leadership and our engineering teams, you'll turn requirements into a clear plan, secure the right people to execute it, and drive projects to completion with no surprises — no escalations and no SLA breaches. You'll be as comfortable holding a firm line on scope and budget as you are keeping stakeholders on both sides of the table informed, aligned and confident.

This is a hands-on ownership role for someone who has managed technology projects before, understands what good delivery looks like, and can be trusted to protect both the client relationship and the project's profitability.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate directly with customers to capture, clarify and align on requirements, translating what they need into a scope the delivery team can execute.
• Own and align the Statement of Work (SOW) — ensuring scope, deliverables, timelines and commercial terms are accurate, agreed and understood by all parties.
• Secure buy-in from the Delivery Head on resourcing — securing the right people and skills for each project and confirming capacity before commitments are made.
• Own and monitor project budgets and profit margins closely, tracking spend against plan and protecting the commercial health of every engagement.
• Plan and sequence tasks across the team, setting clear priorities, dependencies and owners so work moves predictably toward each milestone.
• Drive timely delivery with zero escalations and zero SLA breaches — anticipating risks early and resolving them before they impact the client.
• Manage stakeholders internal and external to the organisation, managing expectations proactively and keeping everyone aligned on status, changes and decisions.
• Hold the line on scope, timelines and change requests firmly and fairly — protecting the project while maintaining a strong, trusting client relationship.
• Provide clear, regular reporting on project health, risks, budget and progress to both customers and internal leadership.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 5–8 years of project management experience, including a strong track record of delivering technology projects.
• Technical grounding: A tech background — you understand how technology projects are built and delivered, and can hold credible conversations with both engineers and clients.
• Stakeholder management: Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across customers, leadership and delivery teams, with strong expectation management.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, confident and able to adapt the message to any audience.
• Firmness: Firm and decisive, comfortable holding boundaries on scope, budget and timelines without damaging relationships.
• Commercial focus: Strong ownership of project budgets and profit margins, with commercial awareness of what drives project profitability.
• People skills: A genuine team player who works well with people internal and external to the organisation and brings others with them.
• Delivery discipline: Track record of on-time delivery with minimal escalations and no SLA breaches.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum or equivalent).
• Experience working within a delivery, consulting or professional-services environment.
• Familiarity with delivery and collaboration platforms such as monday.com.
