We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.


Role summary


As a Project Manager at Kaplan, you will drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic business projects from inception to completion. Operating within a home-based environment, you will bridge cross functional delivery teams and senior leadership to ensure projects complete on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Our project portfolio covers diverse initiatives, including client onboarding, new qualification launches, and multi-departmental system implementations across IT, Learning, Operations, and Marketing.


As a Project Manager, you will:


  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure they remain engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle

  • Drive collaboration across all delivery teams to ensure project deliverables meet business needs and deliver value

  • Project manage various different types of projects such as bringing new clients onboard, new qualifications or new markets - which may result in managing delivery across multiple departments.

  • Identify all key resource requirements

  • Proactively manage project risks & issues, escalating where necessary and taking corrective action as required

  • Ensure projects are baselined in terms of scope, timelines, benefits and cost and are reviewed regularly for changes

  • Ensure projects are managed within a controlled framework

  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Kaplan standards

What you’ll bring to the role


Qualifications & Experience


  • Certifications: PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification.

  • Change Management: Demonstrated understanding or certification in change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).

  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience managing end-to-end projects within a structured PMO environment.


Skills & Competencies


  • Strong negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to quickly absorb complex concepts and translate them into actionable plans.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Teamworks, Monday.com, MS Project).
