Job Summary

As a Principal Product Manager, you'll own a major stake in the strategy, execution, and continual improvement of Introhive's product capabilities, helping firms unlock the value of their relationship data in service of our mission to transform how companies manage, nurture, and leverage relationships. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize outcomes, and drive delivery in alignment with business goals and customer needs, translating product strategy and customer insight into high-value solutions across multiple investment areas.

This role requires an AI-fluent product leader who understands how LLMs ingest structured context, excels at driving partner ecosystem capabilities (via MCP and third-party integrations), and brings a clear understanding of how lawyers, accountants, and consultants actually do their daily work.

Job Responsibilities

You're responsible for the entire product lifecycle from ideation to sunset across a breadth of product areas. In that, you'll be expected to:

  • Product Strategy & Alignment:  Drive the multi-quarter roadmap for designated investment areas in alignment with company goals and objectives. With Product leadership, contribute to shaping the broader product vision to deliver solutions that achieve successful product-market fit and market adoption. Define business cases grounded in how solutions help clients unlock relationship insights, with a focus on integrating Introhive’s relationship graph into enterprise LLMs and vertical AI platforms.
  • AI, MCP & Partner Ecosystems: Own functional product specifications for Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors and third-party partner integrations, ensuring seamless data ingestion, signal exposure, and connector performance.
  • Problem Identification & Domain Execution: Work directly with clients, customer advisors, and GTM teams to identify high-value workflow opportunities. Translate abstract relational data into context-rich solutions tailored to legal, accounting, and consulting practice workflows.
  • Phase-Gated Validation & Execution: Run structured tests to make sure data is accurate, fast, and useful before engineering starts building. Partner directly with development teams to deliver against defined sprints.
  • Delivery & Cross-Functional Alignment: Orchestrate cross-functional product planning, delivery execution, and launch readiness leading to successful market acceptance. Collaborate across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure successful feature rollouts, customer adoption, clear documentation, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Product Evangelist: Articulate the product roadmap to drive internal planning, build consensus, and generate passionate buy-in. Evangelize in external communication to customers, partners, and market influencers to define Introhive market leadership.
  • Life-Cycle Management: Maintain day-to-day ownership of feature areas post-release, tracking adoption metrics, managing iterative enhancements, and handling lifecycle maintenance.
  • Mentorship & Team Collaboration: Act as a senior peer and mentor to product managers across the team, contributing constructively to product practice standards and cross-functional team culture.

Utilizing a customer-centric approach that focuses on problems and outcomes rather than features, you'll deliver solutions that are genuinely adopted and utilized, not just checkmarks. You'll own a significant part of our overall product strategy and deliver measurable outcomes against a roadmap you define, in service of Introhive's mission to help firms unlock the value of every relationship.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 of those years at a senior or principal level owning key, significant portions of a solution and customer problem set, including formal or informal leadership experience.
  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience in professional services software—with a balanced preference for legaltech, accounting, or consulting sector experience. Deep understanding of professional services operating models and fee-earner workflows.
  • Technical & AI Fluency: Working familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), LLM context window engineering, APIs, and relational graph architectures. Ability to partner with engineering on signal latency, formatting, and connector constraints.
  • Data-to-Context Translation: Experience taking complex, unstructured relational data (unfiled interactions, relationship trajectories, role hierarchies) and translating it into actionable AI context or GTM features.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to tackling ambiguous, cross-functional challenges.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to translate insights into clear, compelling product strategies for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with an ability to conduct user research and usability testing directly with customers.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on familiarity with backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with proven experience partnering across Product, Engineering, and Design.
  • A bias to action, a demonstrable iterative approach that accelerates understanding and mitigates risk.
  • Strategic prioritization, a demonstrable ability to define vision and prioritize the highest-value investments, including the discipline to say "no" to what doesn't align or doesn't matter.

Why Introhive?
