About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementations and customer engagements for an AI-driven data operations platform serving global manufacturing customers. This is a delivery ownership role: you will be accountable for the solution reaching the customer with the expected quality, delivering measurable value, and creating the foundation for a lasting and expanding customer relationship.

What You Will Own

• Delivery leadership. Plan and manage work activities from discovery through implementation, validation, adoption, and transition. Coordinate cross-functional and global delivery teams while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, outcomes, and customer perception.
• Solution quality. Stay close to the product and use cases, directly inspect progress, test critical capabilities, and verify readiness before functionality reaches the customer.
• Proactive risk management. Identify issues, dependencies, and delivery risks early; drive mitigation and escalate decisively when support or decisions are needed.
• Delivery control and visibility. Maintain clear, fact-based views of status, milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and decisions through working sessions, demonstrations, solution reviews, and customer feedback rather than relying solely on project-team reporting.
• Customer leadership. Build trusted relationships, navigate difficult conversations, align business and technical stakeholders, demonstrate value, and identify opportunities to continue or expand the engagement.
• Standards and adaptive execution. Follow established implementation standards and practices while tailoring the delivery approach across pilots, implementations, and value-acceleration engagements.
• AI-enabled efficiency and knowledge sharing. Use AI tools to improve delivery efficiency, planning, analysis, documentation, and communication, and share effective practices and reusable knowledge with team members.

• Customers receive reliable, well-validated solutions and have confidence in the delivery team.
• Risks and quality concerns are surfaced early, owned through resolution, and rarely become customer or leadership surprises.
• Teams remain aligned on priorities, decisions, outcomes, and the evidence behind reported progress.
• Engagements prove business value and strengthen the opportunity for adoption, renewal, and expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or implementation leadership experience in enterprise software, data platforms, analytics, AI, or a comparable technical environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, customer-facing implementations involving distributed teams and multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong judgment, initiative, communication, and customer-management skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and address performance or quality concerns.
• Sufficient technical curiosity and hands-on orientation to understand solution behavior, review demonstrations, validate delivery evidence, and ask precise questions.
• Manufacturing, industrial software, data operations, AI, or advanced analytics experience is preferred.

Working Model

This role is remote within Europe and requires up to 25% travel. Because our customers and delivery teams operate globally, the Project Manager must be willing to join early-morning, evening, or weekend calls as needed to ensure successful project delivery and positive client engagement.
