The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of customer implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The role will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout delivery and ensuring an exceptional implementation experience.
The Project Manager will work closely with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure projects progress in line with agreed timelines. This role requires strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills to balance customer expectations with business priorities while maintaining speed to revenue.
The Project Manager will also identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the evolution of implementation best practices to enhance both the customer and colleague experience.
\n- Manage the successful end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects from initiation through to transition into Business as Usual (BAU)
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, quality, budget, and timelines
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Escalate project risks and issues where appropriate, providing clear recommendations and resolution plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery activities are aligned and executed effectively
- Facilitate regular project governance meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure accurate project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and report against agreed project milestones
- Support resource planning by working closely with Delivery and Technical teams
- Ensure a smooth transition from project delivery into BAU support
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure project governance, methodologies, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
- Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring excellent customer experience throughout every stage of delivery
- Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering customer implementation or technical projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
