The Project Manager is responsible for leading customer implementation projects that deploy Arcos software solutions in alignment with customer business objectives, operational requirements, and agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. This role manages the full implementation lifecycle, including discovery, planning, requirements coordination, solution configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, user acceptance, go-live readiness, stabilization, and transition to support. The Technical Project Manager serves as the primary coordination point between customer stakeholders and Arcos Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams, translating customer needs into actionable technical plans, managing risks and dependencies, and driving clear communication to ensure successful implementation outcomes and long-term customer adoption.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Leading project teams using Arcos standard project management practices
Developing project management artifacts including project charters, scopes of work, budgets, work plans, risk logs, communication plans, status reports, change requests and other project deliverables.
Monitor customer contracts to ensure compliance with the agreed scope of work.
Act as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for PMO standards, governance processes, and implementation delivery tools.
Serve as the single point of contact for all project-related issues and correspondence.
Review new implementation projects with sales staff to identify customer stakeholders, project team members, scope considerations, technical dependencies, and special requirements.
Manage multiple simultaneous medium implementations or two to three large implementation projects.
Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budgets.
Prepare status reports and review other reports and status updates prepared by project personnel. Modify schedules or plans, as required. Prepare project reports for management, clients, and others.
Engage regularly with the Arcos Engineering department to ensure development requirements are finalized and delivery dates are planned and remain on track.
Monitor project profitability and burndown status and understand how to take corrective action if a project is off budget.
Serve as a liaison between customers, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to translate business outcomes into clear requirements, solution designs, project plans, risks, and delivery decisions.
Partner with technical teams to validate configuration, integration, reporting, security, data migration, testing, and release-readiness activities; identify delivery risks early
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Individual in this position should have:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent skill set and experience
A minimum of four years of relevant experience, including management experience, is required; five or more years of project or program management experience leading multiple large projects is recommended.
Extensive practical experience in product or software implementations.
Formal training in or experience with project management practices:
Project Management Professional Certification Preferred o Business unit experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
Technical management experience in a dynamic high-technology environment
Superior analytical, written, oral communication, and facilitation skills.
Strong understanding of consulting and software as a service (“SaaS”) business concepts, operations, and processes
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, technical procedures and customer reference materials.
Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management
Demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups
Successfully developed and implemented new technology
Demonstrated competency in project management and the execution of multiple large projects
Successfully developed and implemented new work processes or process improvements
Gained experience working with customers to develop solutions to highly complex large scale business problems
Reasoning ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and work with abstract and concrete variables.
Proven ability to lead SaaS implementation projects from discovery through design, configuration, integration, testing, UAT, go-live, stabilization, and post-launch optimization.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for business and executive audiences, and to translate business problems into actionable requirements for Product, Engineering, and implementation teams.
Experience identifying and creating AI and automation opportunities, Power BI creation and development, estimating business value, defining success measures, and guiding adoption in a way that improves productivity, quality, scalability, and customer outcomes.
Comfort using Microsoft 365, Copilot and other AI-enabled productivity tools, Salesforce, collaboration platforms, and project management systems to improve transparency, follow-through, and delivery consistency.
