Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations.

  • Foster a collaborative environment with clients and stakeholders, encouraging a partnership approach to achieve mutual success.

2. Project Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Anticipate and proactively manage project risks, adjusting as needed to meet changing client and business requirements.

3. Product Management:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs, offering insights and guidance on product improvements that add value and drive growth.

  • Collaborate with development and design teams to translate client feedback into actionable product requirements, enhancements, and features.

  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs in alignment with client goals and strategic objectives.

4. Financial & Account Health:

  • Maintain account financial health by monitoring margins and other KPIs, ensuring project profitability.

  • Identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell, supporting the growth of client accounts through continuous improvements and tailored solutions.

  • Regularly report on account performance and project status to internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for potential growth.

Project & Product Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management with a focus on technical project delivery.

  • Strong understanding of Product Management principles, including requirements gathering, roadmap development, and backlog prioritization (e.g., using Agile/Scrum methodologies).

  • Expertise in developing and maintaining project documentation (scope, timeline, budget, resource plans).

  • Fluent English

Business & Financial Acumen

  • Demonstrated capability to monitor and manage account financials (e.g., margins, utilization, profitability).

  • Track record of successfully identifying and driving up-sell/cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.

  • High level of business acumen with the ability to offer strategic, value-driven consulting to clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant industry certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, CSPO).

  • Experience working with [Specific Industry/Technology, e.g., SaaS platforms, eCommerce, FinTech].

  • Experience managing global or geographically distributed teams.
