As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the successful delivery of projects across our Operations & Delivery function. You’ll coordinate timelines, documentation, stakeholders and deliverables across multiple projects, working closely with internal teams, external partners and clients to keep projects on track and ensure a high standard of quality.

As a Project Coordinator, you would be responsible for:

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables and quality standards are met.
• Maintain and update project plans, trackers, systems and documentation to provide accurate and transparent project information.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, external vendors, service providers, stakeholders and clients to support smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively support mitigation measures.
• Prepare accurate meeting minutes, track actions and provide clear and timely project updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Support Creative Services and Recruitment projects in line with defined workflows, processes and timelines.
• Review project documentation to support compliance and quality, escalating concerns to the relevant Project Manager where required.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency while taking ownership of assigned projects and tasks.

We would like you to have: 

• Proven experience coordinating and managing multiple projects, ideally with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience maintaining project plans, trackers, documentation and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, external vendors and service providers.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or similar.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly for data tracking, reporting and analysis.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and quality.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• English: B2–C1 level. A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations or a related field is desirable. Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are an advantage.
