We're partnering with a global apparel brand to find a Project Coordinator, Creative Production & Campaign Operations in a remote--out of region setting. This Temp role offers an exciting opportunity to support dynamic creative and marketing teams overseeing campaign execution and asset management. There is no application deadline for this role. *Project Coordinator, Creative Production & Campaign Operations Responsibilities:* * Oversee the flow of creative assets from finalization through approval and delivery across digital and marketing channels. * Act as the primary liaison among project stakeholders, including creative, production, web, and media teams, to ensure timely completion of deliverables. * Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks to prevent delays. * Coordinate review, proofing, approval, and licensing processes, ensuring assets meet brand and legal standards. * Troubleshoot production issues related to assets, specifications, or accessibility and communicate updates to all relevant teams. *Project Coordinator, Creative Production & Campaign Operations Qualifications:* * 2-5 years of experience supporting creative, marketing, or campaign operations. * Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through. * Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. * Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, and familiarity with creative workflows, asset management, and licensing processes. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
