IQVIA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a short-term project in Ghana. This is a fully remote opportunity for a professional with strong coordination, administration, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings and follow-up actions.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress and escalate risks or delays where required.
• Support overall project administration and communication activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, or operations support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
