About the Role 

As a Project Coordinator at NetCov, you will play a critical role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) and project managers across a variety of client and internal initiatives. You will assist in maintaining organization across multiple projects, ensuring timely updates, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating consistent communication between teams and stakeholders.This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn project management best practices while contributing to the successful execution of NetCov projects.


Accountabilities

Project Support & Coordination

    Assist project managers in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables using PMO tools and systems.

    Update task lists, timelines, and dashboards to reflect current project status.

    Monitor key deadlines and ensure documentation and updates are completed accurately and on time.

    Support coordination of sprint activities, including scheduling, tracking sprint items, and capturing notes or action items.

Meeting & Communication Support

    Prepare project documentation, agendas, and presentation materials for internal and client meetings.

    Take detailed notes during meetings, track follow-up items, and ensure timely updates to PMO tools and systems.

    Help maintain consistent communication across teams by drafting updates, summaries, and reports for leadership and clients.

PMO Administration

    Assist in standardizing templates, reports, and workflows across the PMO for efficiency and consistency.

    Maintain project records and archives, ensuring version control and proper documentation.

    Support the Sr. Director of PMO and project managers in compiling project decks and management reports.

    Coordinate scheduling and logistics for project-related calls, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.

Continuous Improvement & Learning

    Contribute ideas to improve PMO tools, templates, and processes.

    Stay informed on project management trends, tools, and best practices to enhance team efficiency.

    Provide administrative and operational support for other PMO initiatives as assigned.

Perform other duties as assigned


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

    Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across several concurrent projects.

    Comfort working with both technical and non-technical team members.

    Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., HaloPSA, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.).

    A proactive, service-oriented approach with a focus on teamwork and follow-through.

Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Project Management, or equivalent level of work experience and certifications

    1-3+ years of project coordination, operational support, or customer service experience

    Exposure to project management or Agile environments preferred

Role Logistics

    This is a full-time, exempt position

    This position may require travel occasionally for on-site meetings
