Project & Delivery Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Project & Delivery Coordinator to join our Delivery team. This role sits at the heart of our project delivery function, coordinating opportunities from pre-sales through to project kick-off and supporting successful execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Working closely with Sales, Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Delivery Leadership, you'll play a key role in resource planning, commercial and funding processes, project mobilisation, and delivery coordination. You'll help ensure the right people are assigned to the right opportunities, support governance and operational processes, and take ownership of smaller engagements from initiation through to closure.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, thrives in a fast-paced technology consultancy environment, and wants to develop their career in project and delivery management.

Key Responsibilities:

Resource Management & Planning

  • Manage resource requests and allocations across projects and opportunities.

  • Monitor resource utilisation, availability, and future demand, helping optimise allocation across the delivery portfolio.

Commercial & Operational Support

  • Coordinate funding requests, project approvals, and internal commercial processes.

  • Assist with project financial tracking and governance activities where required.

  • Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting across delivery systems.

Project Coordination & Ownership

  • Provide coordination and administrative support across multiple projects and programmes.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.

  • Independently manage smaller-scale client engagements and internal initiatives from initiation through to closure.

  • Produce regular status updates and project reporting for internal and client stakeholders.

About You

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Resource Coordinator, Delivery Coordinator, or similar role.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects and opportunities.

  • Experience supporting project mobilisation, resource planning, or delivery operations.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging both internal teams and client stakeholders.

  • Comfortable coordinating across sales, delivery, technical, and commercial functions.

  • Experience using project and resource management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.

  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working with spreadsheets, reporting, and utilisation data.

  • Ability to identify risks, resolve coordination issues, and drive actions to completion.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and highly detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Experience within a technology consultancy, cloud services, managed services, or professional services environment would be advantageous.

  • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2 is beneficial but not essential.
