Program Manager | 100% Remote Opportunity

General Summary

The Program Manager drives a portfolio of high-impact business and technology initiatives that accelerate enterprise strategy, deliver measurable value, and strengthen operational performance. This role provides clear executive communication, aligns cross-functional teams, and ensures predictable, outcome-driven delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead multi-project program structures with clear outcomes, success measures, and alignment to strategic OKRs.
• Coordinate dependencies, capacity, risks, and value release across project streams.
• Facilitate executive roadmap reviews, governance forums, and cross-functional planning.
• Partner with Product Directors and Technology leaders to sequence work and manage tradeoffs.
• Ensure change management, communication, readiness, and adoption occur holistically across teams.
• Drive program-level reporting; value realization, KPIs, financials, risk posture.
• Support transformation initiatives, delivery framework improvements, and maturity growth.
• Mentor Project Managers and Scrum Masters working within program scope. 

Background and Experience/Expertise

• 8–12+ years in delivery leadership roles (PM III/Program Manager/Agile Lead).
• Strong portfolio and multi-team coordination experience.
• Deep expertise in Agile at scale, flow efficiency, and dependency mapping.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence decisions across the enterprise.
• Skilled in executive facilitation, strategic roadmapping, and cross-team alignment.

Certification

• SAFe, PMI-PgMP, ICAgile, Agile Coaching, Scrum Master, Change Management or Kanban certifications.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Work Environment

• Remote: This role is a remote (work from home (WFH) opportunity) and only open to candidates currently located in the United States and able to work without sponsorship.
• It requires a suitable space that provides a private and quiet workplace.
• Expected Work Hours: Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
• Travel: May be required to travel to off-site location(s) to attend meetings, as necessary
