About This Opportunity
CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading global IT solutions organization to find a Program Lead for a large-scale sales compensation redesign effort, supporting Sales, Finance, HR, and RevOps leadership. This is a remote, PST-anchored engagement with flexibility across time zones.
The organization is undertaking a major overhaul of its sales commission and bonus structures across North America, touching pay benchmarking, plan mechanics, quota methodology, and rollout. This role owns the governance and program leadership of that effort, working alongside an outside compensation design partner to make sure the redesign lands on time and holds up under executive scrutiny.
What You'll Do
Chair the steering committee and maintain the design authority, decision log, and RACI for the redesign
Manage approval gates for plan design, eligibility, and pay levels, securing Finance, HR, Legal, and RevOps sign-off
Own the stakeholder map and communication plan, producing executive and sales leader updates
Serve as the primary point of contact for the outside compensation consulting partner, running weekly status and steering cadence
Coordinate internal stakeholders across Finance, HR, Sales leadership, and RevOps so the consulting partner's inputs are scheduled and complete
Own the master plan, milestones, and risk register across the full scope of the engagement
Partner with internal compensation teams on plan inventory, eligibility, and benchmarking inputs
Hold the outside consulting partner accountable to contracted deliverables and timeline, escalating internally when needed
