Professional Learning & Technical Training Facilitator

As a Professional Learning & Technical Training Facilitator, you will own a portfolio of client schools within your region, leading high-impact training across a core suite of educational technology products.

Rather than delivering generic feature walkthroughs, you will partner with school leaders to adapt learning content to each school's unique goals, focusing on practical and pedagogically sound technology integration. In addition to core training, you will host webinars, contribute educational thought leadership, present at company events, and help client schools grow their capabilities over time. You will also have the opportunity to integrate your personal pedagogical expertise, such as AI in education, assessment strategies, or project-based learning into your sessions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Portfolio Delivery: Own training and professional learning execution for your portfolio of client schools across assigned software products.
• Contextualized Learning Design: Adapt core session materials to align with each school’s specific goals, culture, and context rather than delivering one-size-fits-all presentations.
• Pedagogical Integration: Focus delivery on practical, pedagogically sound technology integration to support educators in applying best practices in the classroom.
• Client Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with school leaders and educators to understand their ongoing needs and recommend appropriate learning pathways.
• Account Growth Support: Identify opportunities for client schools to further benefit from additional software solutions, professional services, or extended training, partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams on commercial follow-through.
• Webinars & Thought Leadership: Collaborate on a regional webinar strategy, deliver interactive online sessions, and publish content (such as blog posts and guides) to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Subject Matter Specialism: Integrate your personal areas of pedagogical expertise (e.g., AI in education, curriculum design, assessment) into regional training and thought leadership initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Utilize session feedback and participant insights to continuously refine facilitation techniques and contribute enhancements back to core regional training decks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional peers, Sales, Client Experience, and Project Managers to ensure cohesive account strategies.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience with significant background in education or edtech.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly master complex software platforms.
• Proven experience designing, tailoring, and facilitating professional learning for adult learners across virtual and on-site settings.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern educational pedagogy.
• Excellent relationship-building and account leadership skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within a distributed regional team, effectively managing priorities across multiple client accounts.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for client deliveries and team events (approx. 40–50% travel annually).

Desirable Qualifications

• 5+ years of educational facilitation or training experience.
• Experience mentoring colleagues or leading professional learning communities.
• Background in authoring articles, blogs, or delivering public webinars.
• Deep knowledge in a specialized educational field (e.g., AI in education, inquiry-based learning, assessment design).
• Fluency in an additional language relevant to your operating region.
