If you thrive on solving coding challenges, applying your specialty knowledge, and helping healthcare providers achieve accurate reimbursement, we want to hear from you.   What You’ll Do Review and accurately assign CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes for professional fee anesthesia and cardiology services. Apply current coding guidelines, payer policies, and documentation requirements to ensure coding accuracy and compliance. Review medical records to validate code assignment, medical necessity, and appropriate documentation. Identify documentation discrepancies and opportunities for improved coding accuracy. Meet established productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Stay current with coding updates, regulatory changes, and specialty-specific guidelines.   What You’ll Bring Minimum of 2 years of professional fee coding in the area of anesthesia and cardiology experience. Current medical coding certification required, such as CPC, CCS-P, or another relevant professional coding credential. Demonstrated experience coding anesthesia and/or cardiology services. Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and applicable coding guidelines. Understanding of payer requirements, compliance standards, and revenue cycle processes.
