- Conduct QA audits on tickets and tasks; identify trends and report recurring issues
- Share updates through shift huddles and internal communication platforms
- Assist with Production Support tasks as needed to manage workload
- Submit technical tickets during system issues or outages
- Handle escalations confidently and effectively
- Contribute to improving workflows, productivity, and team growth
- Track feedback and identify development areas; collaborate with Team Leaders and management
