Customer Support Representative (Remote)

The Good and the Beautiful is seeking a qualified individual interested in part-time work as a Customer Support Representative. 

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails
• Navigate multiple systems and programs 
• May be assigned to social media for commenting and messages
• May be assigned to process refunds, vendor orders, and more
• Projects and assignments as needed by management
• Continued knowledge about products offered, inventory, website, blog details, etc.   
  

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about products offered, website, videos, blog details, etc.
• Proficient computer skills to access necessary programs and respond to customers in a timely manner
• Prior customer support experience preferred   
• Must be 18 years of age or older

This is a remote position where you will need to supply your own internet and computer equipment. You must be able to commit to 3-4 uninterrupted, scheduled shifts for 5 hours in duration, per week. 

There are no guaranteed hours and this could be a temporary position depending on the future needs of the company. 25 maximum hours per week.
