Local Peoples is partnering with Vyblee, an innovative hospitality technology company, to recruit an Operations Support Specialist to join their growing team.
Vyblee is a hotel-facing food-ordering platform that connects hotel guests with on-property and nearby dining options through seamless in-room ordering technology. Operating across the United States and Singapore, Vyblee partners with hotels to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences through technology.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with a fast-growing international startup and support operations across multiple global markets.
You'll support operations across whatever is needed to keep our hotel partners and internal workflows running smoothly across both markets. This includes but is not limited to:
Building and maintaining menus in our ordering platform, collating product information, uploading photos, formatting descriptions, and managing variants across hotel properties
Maintaining QR code trackers and master data, including quality checks and updates
Supporting pre-order consolidation and coordination
Managing the end-to-end print production process for marketing materials and collaterals, including basic design adjustments, QR code generation and verification, and coordinating with designers and printers through to final delivery
Supporting both US and Singapore market operations as required
Managing ad hoc ops and data tasks as directed by the Head of Operations
Picking up new tools, platforms, and workflows as the team and product evolve
Tech-comfortable and a fast learner with software and platforms; we use Google Workspace, Asana, Lunar, internal ordering systems, and various ops tools
Strong attention to detail, especially with data entry and cross-checking across multiple properties
Organized, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities in a lean team environment
Clear communicator in an async remote setup
Available for overlap with US Pacific or Eastern time
Background in hospitality ops, e-commerce, or platform/data management is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter more
