At Mundipharma, we are proud of the work we do to bring innovative treatments to patients. We challenge ourselves constantly to deliver more for patients, healthcare professionals, our partners, and our employees.

The opportunity

We are looking for a Product Specialist, Rescue Therapy to build and strengthen our presence across Switzerland.

This is a hands-on, highly autonomous role. You will have support from the wider organisation, but you will own your territory. You identify opportunities, build the right HCP network, set priorities and make things happen.

Not everything will come ready-made, so you need to be comfortable taking initiative, finding solutions and following through. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building, taking ownership and making a genuine impact.

What you will do

  • Build and develop a strong network across HCPs, addiction treatment clinics, harm-reduction services, hospitals, medical centres and pharmacies.
  • Strengthen existing key accounts and proactively identify new stakeholders and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account and regional plans aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
  • Deliver approved product and therapy-area information and promotional activities.
  • Plan and execute customer activities and represent the company at relevant congresses and events.
  • Analyse market, competitor and sales information and turn insights into concrete actions.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing and Medical colleagues.

About you - Don't worry if you don't tick every box!

If you're excited about this opportunity and eager to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.

  • You have pharmaceutical sales experience in Switzerland, ideally in substitution therapy, psychiatry, opioids and/or CNS. An existing HCP network is an advantage. Alternatively, you bring relevant healthcare experience, for example as a paramedic or other healthcare professional, and are motivated to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • You have a strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and pharmaceutical market.
  • You take ownership and make things happen. You don't wait for someone else to define every step or solve the problem for you.
  • You are highly self-organised. You can prioritise, make trade-offs and manage a nationwide territory independently.
  • You are resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity. When something isn't defined or you don't know the answer, you find a way forward.
  • You are hands-on. You are comfortable moving between strategic account planning and the practical work required to deliver results.
  • You follow through. Your commitments matter, and you reliably close the loop with customers and colleagues.
  • You communicate openly, build strong relationships and value direct, constructive feedback and collaboration without ego.
  • You are fluent in German and French for HCP interactions across Switzerland and fluent in English for internal and corporate communication.

What we offer in return

  • Opportunities for learning & development through our varied programme
  • Collaborative, inclusive work environment
  • Attractive benefits package

Diversity and inclusion

Building an inclusive environment where people can thrive, grow and achieve their full potential is a priority. We believe this isn’t just the right thing, but also the smart thing to do. We are on a journey and will seek to move forward together through education and awareness to build a culture that welcomes and celebrates diversity and uniqueness. We will create a workplace environment where everyone can, every day, bring their authentic selves and is treated with dignity and respect.
