ABOUT THE ROLE 

We're growing our product team and are looking for a Product Manager to lead a product area of our lending platform. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business, decide what's worth building, and work with the team to deliver it.

You'll own the roadmap for your area and work day to day with delivery teams. We're looking for someone with solid product experience who is happy to grow with our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the roadmap and backlog for your product area, and decide what the team works on next.

• Get to know our clients and their businesses, and keep an eye on the market and competitors.

• Identify which problems are worth solving, and test ideas with data and client feedback before the team invests in them.

• Work with delivery teams to shape solutions and deliver them in small, valuable steps.

• Set clear goals for what you deliver, and check whether it works for clients and for the business.

• Keep clients and internal stakeholders aligned: explain priorities, manage expectations, and raise risks early.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.

• Experience in B2B software or financial services (lending or funding) is a strong advantage.

• Experience making prioritization decisions, including when information is incomplete or unclear, and explaining the reasoning behind them.

• Ability to get people on board with your decisions without formal authority.

• Experience talking to customers and turning what you learn into product decisions.

• Understanding of how regulation and data privacy affect product work in financial services.

• Excellent written and spoken English, and confidence working with clients, including senior stakeholders.

• Experience working in Agile teams.

• Open to feedback and willing to adapt to how our team works.
